OSG completed major scanning and restructure of archive for the Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia

OSG has successfully completed a major project for the Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia. The project involved the scanning of over 100,000 individual review proceeding (cases) documents through the second half of 2011.
Documents were scanned by OSG Records Management document scanning experts to produce graphic files. Then Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology was used to generate PDF files with bookmarks and XML files for uploading to a secure database for the Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia.
The project ensures faster retrieval and better protection for documents. OSG is using the latest scanning technology to provide document scanning solutions for companies across Russia.
